Sterling Homes is a property development company,with 11 years of experience focused on providing access to home ownership and creating better living experiences for Nigerian Citizens. Sterling Homes’ focus is building communities for families, retirees, professionals, and return-seeking investors, which has been done since its inception in 2014.

CHALLENGE:

Sterling Homes needed a complete redesign in the market. Creations Republic revamped and reinvented the Sterling Homes brand by changing the logo, and providing public relations services to place them at the forefront with their competitors. Sterling Homes engaged Creations Republic to help improve its website.

SOLUTION:

Creations republic completely revamped the Sterling Homes brand by creating a new logo, curating brand elements, assets, and properties, completely redoing the brand outlook, and refurbishing the website design and content. Sterling Homes also engaged our PR amplification and Events services, in which we organized a Public Service Announcement on Children’s day, a March Past involving over ten public schools commemorating the day. It also included a press conference to officially relaunch the Sterling Homes brand across traditional and digital media platforms and several other media outlets. It was attended by notable TV stations, newspaper outlets, and representatives of blogs. In addition, Creations Republic improved the outlook of Sterling Homes on social media through our social media marketing services by creating new content, providing a content calendar for Sterling Homes, and curating captions and hashtags to increase social media activity.
